Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, international orders are processed within 3-5 business days. of receiving. They usually arrive between 10–15 business days from the shipped date for standard shipping. For more details, please checked our Shipping & Delivery.
Q: “How much do they shrink?”
Our shirts have been pre-shrunk during the production process and does not fade. And will go through a strict quality test process before sending it out. So you don't need to worry about product problems such as shrinking after washing.
Q: “Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s been placed?”
Please email customer service for assistance, and please note that you have the option to cancel/edit your order before shipping or before your package is picked up from our store.
Q: “Why can't my order be found?”
If you do not know your online order number, please contact our customer service for assistance. It is best to provide the email or address you used when placing your order so that customer service can find your order as quickly as possible.
